The successful applicant will bring strong leadership, a clear footballing philosophy, and the ability to work effectively with players, coaching staff, and the wider club environment.

- Previous coaching or management experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to developing the squad and improving performance
- A professional approach on and off the pitch
