Role Overview

As Waterlooville AFC continues to grow, we are looking to expand our Commercial Team to support the club off the pitch.

These are voluntary roles, offering an opportunity to be part of a developing football club during an exciting period of growth. Successful applicants will support the club’s commercial activity and contribute to its long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on experience and availability, responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with sponsorship engagement and commercial activity

  • Supporting relationships with local businesses and stakeholders

  • Helping coordinate commercial initiatives, events and promotions

  • Assisting with administration and organisation related to commercial operations

  • Contributing ideas to help grow the club’s commercial presence

About You

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are reliable, organised and proactive

  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Are interested in football, community sport or business development

  • Are keen to contribute to a team environment

  • Want to gain experience within a grassroots football club

Previous experience in sales, business development, marketing or administration would be an advantage, but is not essential.
